Rebecca is a Senior Associate Solicitor specialising in Contentious Trusts and Probate within our Dispute Resolution Team. With a keen focus on resolving complex disputes, Rebecca has extensive experience in mediation and negotiating settlements. She aims to provide practical solutions tailored to each client’s individual whilst acting with empathy and diligence.

Rebecca advises executors and beneficiaries on a wide array of contentious matters, including disputed wills, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and contested matters regarding estate administration. She regularly advises on claims against executors and resolving disputes between them, along with providing advice on the interpretation and rectification of wills and breach of trust claims.

Having completed a three year course at the University of Law and subsequently gained the requisite experience, Rebecca is one of only a few solicitors in the North West who are full members of ACTAPS, the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.
