Why choose Cartmell Shepherd?

Unless you’re a regular user of legal service providers, approaching a solicitor might seem a bit daunting.  Rest assured we are human beings, just like you!  We work hard for our clients putting ourselves in your shoes, understanding your aims and objectives and working with you to achieve them.

Above all we pride ourselves on delivering accurate and useful legal advice on time, every time with clear and effective communication.  We are here to provide solutions and to help you achieve your aims and desired outcomes.

Our experienced team of solicitors have undertaken training with ACTAPS – which is the Association of Contentious Trusts And Probate Specialists. Peter Stafford and Rebecca Armstrong are registered Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists which means they have completed a three year course with the University of Law specifically dedicated to Will, Inheritance and Trust Disputes and thereafter they have demonstrated the requisite knowledge and experience in practice.

We have successfully represented many clients who are faced with difficult decisions after the death of a loved one.

We know it is difficult and we are here to help with the burden of Will and Inheritance Disputes.
